Device should be considered if: | ||||||
1. One or both of the following conditions is observed at the intersection:
AND 2. One or more of the following conditions are present at the intersection. These conditions have been found to be associated with a higher frequency of right-angle crashes at stop-controlled intersections. (1) The combination of conditions present at the intersection should be assessed using engineering judgment.
